From a profile card or an open chat, tap the "…" (more options) icon to report a user, or use the Unmatch button in a chat to block someone. Reports are reviewed by our team.
Go to Profile → Delete My Account. This removes your profile and personal data. If you'd like your account restored afterward, email us within a reasonable time and we can help.
Score reports are verified against your profile name and must be an official College Board score report (PDF or clear image). If a real report keeps getting rejected, email us a copy and we'll take a look.
