How do I reset my password?

On the sign-in screen, tap "Contact support" below the sign-in button, or email us at support@preppals.app and we'll send you a reset link.

How do I report or block another user?

From a profile card or an open chat, tap the "…" (more options) icon to report a user, or use the Unmatch button in a chat to block someone. Reports are reviewed by our team.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Delete My Account. This removes your profile and personal data. If you'd like your account restored afterward, email us within a reasonable time and we can help.

Why wasn't my SAT score report accepted?

Score reports are verified against your profile name and must be an official College Board score report (PDF or clear image). If a real report keeps getting rejected, email us a copy and we'll take a look.

Is my information kept private?

Only your first name and last initial are shown to other users. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
